Equus supports individuals, professionals, teams and organisations through processes of change, improvement and personal or professional development. Its approach combines tools from psychology, coaching and experiential learning to help clarify objectives, identify barriers, make better decisions and move forward in a more conscious and sustainable way.
Equus works from a practical, approachable and action-oriented perspective while remaining attentive to the human dimension of each process. The aim is not merely to achieve goals, but to understand what is happening, which factors are hindering change and which personal, relational or organisational resources can be mobilised to move forward with greater confidence.
Support may focus on a wide variety of situations, including professional transitions, decision-making, performance improvement, stress management, confidence building, improved communication, leadership, adaptation to change and the development of new habits. Equus also offers processes for teams and small organisations seeking to improve their performance, strengthen internal cohesion or approach new stages with greater clarity.
Each process is personalised according to the real needs of the individual or group. During the initial stage, Equus analyses the situation, objectives and context. A specific course of action is then established, including structured sessions, reflective exercises, practical tools and progress monitoring.
The aim is to help individuals understand their situation more clearly, organise their priorities and develop useful strategies for addressing challenges with greater autonomy, balance and purpose.
What areas can be addressed?
Equus can provide support in processes related to:
Clarifying personal or professional objectives.
Managing change and adapting to new stages.
Improving self-confidence and personal security.
Identifying blocks, fears or repetitive patterns.
Managing stress, pressure and overload.
Improving communication and professional relationships.
Developing leadership and decision-making.
Support in sports or professional performance processes.
Work with teams, cohesion, motivation and shared meaning.
How does Equus work?
The method is based on four stages:
Listening and analysis of the situation: The process begins by understanding the starting point: what is happening, what is causing concern, what needs to change and which personal, relational or contextual factors are having an influence.
Definition of objectives: General concerns are transformed into specific, realistic and manageable objectives. This provides direction for the process and makes it possible to assess progress clearly.
Practical work and support: The sessions combine guided conversation, reflection, practical exercises, self-monitoring tools, action planning and the review of difficulties.
Consolidation of change: The final aim is to integrate learning into everyday life, work, sporting activity or team dynamics, generating sustainable, long-term changes.
Who is it intended for?
This service is intended for people who want to begin a process of personal or professional improvement, athletes who need to address psychological aspects associated with performance, professionals experiencing a period of change, and teams or organisations seeking to improve their internal functioning.
It is also suitable for small businesses, educational centres, sports organisations and professional projects looking for structured, human support adapted to their specific circumstances.
A way to move forward with greater clarity
Coaching and psychological support provide a space to pause, organise, understand and act—a space in which to view the situation from a different perspective, identify resources and build a way forward that is more consistent with one’s values, objectives and needs.
